Which link should I share?
Share the referral link copied from your own participant portal. The program registration URL invites new affiliates; it is not your personal customer referral link. The business dashboard URL is for administration.
Does a click guarantee commission?
No. The customer must complete the program’s qualifying event, attribution must be recorded, and the reward must meet the applicable rules. A missing sale connection can leave clicks visible without creating rewards.
What is the commission rate or payout date?
Check the effective plan and current program terms. This documentation does not set rates, minimums, eligibility or schedules. Different programs and participant assignments can differ.
Why is a feature missing?
It may depend on your role, program settings, connected provider or subscription. Confirm the program first, then ask the administrator to check entitlement. Missing coupon controls do not mean you should create an unrelated coupon.
Can I rename a link or code already published?
Changing it can break old copies and connected links. Review the warning and publication history first. Prefer creating a new channel link while preserving an existing live one.
