Read reports and conversion data
Use consistent filters and distinguish attributed revenue from payable commission.

Choose the question first
Use Home for a quick overview and Manage → Analytics for deeper analysis where available. Select the same program, date range, time zone and metric before comparing results. Clicks, referrals, sales, revenue and rewards describe different stages.
A source can be Direct / None when no identifiable referrer is available. That label alone does not prove a tracking failure.
Investigate with matched records
Move from the chart to Customers and Rewards. Compare the customer event, sale date, amount, currency, reward rule and status. Use the reward filters for affiliate, customer, group, source, status, payout, country, type, revenue or reward amount as needed.
Revenue is the amount attributed to the program. Reward is the commission. Payout is a settlement of eligible rewards. Adding these together would double-count different views of the same journey.
Share only the intended report
Before exporting, confirm filters, period and currency. Check the downloaded file’s actual contents and recipient scope. Remove customer identifiers and private financial details that are not required. An export option documented by the platform may depend on plan and role.
